NOTICE is hereby given that 11,600 acres of Pastoral Land in the Kaweka and Pohui Survey Districts will be offered for lease by Public Auction, at the Council Chamber, Napier, on THURSDAY, the 12th day of Juno, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon. Upset Rentals per Annum:—lst seven years, £48 6s 8d ; 2nd seven years, £72 10s; 3rd seven years, £96 13s 4d. Rent to tho 31st day of August, 1885 to be paid in advance, and thereafter to be paid half yearly in advance. Plans and conditions can bo seen at this office. The lease lies below tho Avinter snow line and includes tho clear spurs and hills on the North Eastern slopes of tho Kaweka Range. The lower spurs fronting tho Mohaka river are capable by surface sowing of being made into good grazing country.
