Mr Justice Williams gave judgmont yesterday in the case of Forder v. BroAvn. Tho plaintiff had co-habited with tho defendant for years, and claimed ownership with him in a dairying business which ho carried on on thcgoldfields. Tho judgment Avcntagain.st the plaintiff, his Honor holding that plaintiff aud defendant had evidently agreed to live as man and wife.
