Description—Block XIV. Tauoeaite Survey District. These lands are situated about eleven miles from Woodvillo or two miles from the village of Kumeroa. The Napier-Welling-ton Railway will pass within 5 miles of Block XIV. The terminus of the Railway when it reaches Tahoraite will bo eight miles from Kumeroa. Tho main roads through the Block have been or are now being cleared of bush and formed for dray and horse traffic. The whole of the block is lightly timbered and contains some good agricultural and pastoral forest country. The soil is of a rich description overlying a marl and limestone formation.
