The police authorities deny that precautions have been taken to prevent a Fenian attack upon London Bridge or NeAvgate gaol. It is, hoAvever, admitted that strict Avatch against suspicious characters is kept at Hawardcn Castle, and that the police guard has been strengthened at the Premier's seat.
