SEALED Tenders for tho lease of subdivision B of suburban section No. 34, or of section No. 421, town of Napier, for a period of thirty-six years, will bo received at this office up to noon of FRIDAY, the 21st day of December next. Each Tender to bo accompanied by a deposit of one-fourth of tho rental offered per annum for the first period of twelve to bo addressed to the Chairman of the School Commissioners, and marked outside "Tender for Lease of Education Reserve, Napier." NOTICE is hereby given that for the convenience of country settlers dosiring to nominate friends from home, the Immigration Officer will attend at the Government Buildings on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. On other days applications to nominate must bo made at the depot.
