ALEXANDRIA.
October 29. Intelligence has been received that the cholera has appeared at Mecca, and that already several deaths have occurred. News is to hand from Souakin, a seaport of tho Red Sea, that a large body of rebel hillmen has surprised the town _ and massacred 150 Egyptian soldiers stationed near there.
