It is understood that Antonio Goschnell, against whom a verdict of wilful murder was returned at the recent inquest iv tho lunatic asylum, is to be placed on his trial at the next criminal sittings of the Supremo Court for the murder of his fellow lunatic, James John Mills. It is expected that as a preliminary ho will bu brought before a magistrate and committed for trial.
