AUCKLAND HARBOR IMPROVEMENTS.

The harbor engineer proposes a scheme of harbor improvements whereby in three years the water will be sufficiently deepened at the present shore end uf Queen-street wharf to admit of tho berthing of the Doric. Tho scheme includes the reclamation of Freeman's Bay.
