PORT OF NAPIER
ARRIVALS.
September. 21—Manaia, p.s., from Wairoa. Passen-gers-Messrs Balfour, Fuszard, Robinson, and several natives.
Tho steamer Taiaroa, which left here at 8.45 a.m. yesterday, is telegraphed as having arrived at Wellington at 6.30 o'clock this morning. The p.s. Manaia, Capt. Baxter, arrived in port from Wairoa at I o'clock this day. The Union Company's steamer Wairarapa, Capt. Chatnold, en route from Sydney, left Auckland at 1.10 p.m. yesterday, having 70 tons of cargo and two horses on board for this port. She is due in the roadstead by daylight to-morrow morning, and will bo sailing for Southern ports and Melbourne at about 3 p.m. the same day, tho passen- ' gcrs being announced to leave the wharf at 2 p.m. The steamer Maori, Capt. Anderson, is to sail for Wairoa at 12 o'clock to-night, taking passengers and cargo. The s.s. Kiwi, Capt.. James Campbell, left Wellington for the coast and Napier last night, and will in all probability arrive hero by to-morrow morning. She will discharge her cargo during the day, and at 5 p.m. will get away again for Wellington. The launch Bella, Capt. Green, is to steam for Mohaka at 1 a.m. to-morrow, with a largo cargo. The Union Steamship Company's S.s. Omapere, from Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru, is due hero on Saturday night or Sunday morning, having left the latter place at 4.30 p.m. on the 20th. The Omapere will discharge her cargo, some 50 tons at tho breastwork on Monday, and at 12.30 p.m. the same day is announced to steam for Gisborne, Tauranga, and Auckland. Tho s.s. Waihorn, Capt. James Edio, will be leaving Wellington to-morrow afternoon, and is due here on Sunday morning, being announced to steam for Northern ports at 4 p.m. that day.

Tho Merchant Shipping and Underwriters' Association report tho arrival of the Mataura from Auckland, Rewa from Timaru, Monarch and Inch Murren from Lvttclton, and Waimca from Wellington. Melbourne, Thursday. Tho Messagerios - Martimcs Company's steamship Sughalicn, by which the two Irish informers Kavanagh and ILinlon aro passengers for Europe, sailed this morning for Marseilles.
[BY TELEGRAPH!.] Auckland, This day. Messrs Shaw Saville's agent has received advices from London that the company are despatching tho steamer Triumph for Auckland. The Triumph is a vessel of 2749 tons gross, of 400 horse power, and was built at Middlesburgh in 1880. Tho Kamo Coal Company have bought the Union steamer Waitaki. Sailed, Doric for Lyttelton. New Plymouth, This day. Tho schooner Falcon, wliich went ashore at the Waitara some time since, was successfully launched last night by Captain Bendall. She has not sustained any damage, and will leave shortly for Greymouth. Hokitika, This day. Tho Wairapa has returned to Hokitika, after being bar bound at Okarito.
