THE CHIEF WARDER OF DUNEDIN GAOL.
Duxedin, This day. The Minister of Justice, writing to MiBracken in regard to Flanncry's case, says his evidence before the Gaol Commission was unreliable and evasive. He says Flannery may accept tho principal wardership at another gaol, or retire on compensation.
