[BY TELEQRAI'II.J Dunedin, This day. Tho lawn tennis match between the Auckland and Dunedin representatives came off on Saturday, and was Avon by Auckland. Six games Avere played in each set, and two sets out of three were to constitute tho victory. Auckland Avon the first sot by Gto 2, and the next by G to 5. Afterwards a match of one set ay.is played, and Dunedin was victorious, by G to 4. The Dunedin representatives, Dr. Batehelor and Mr M'Noil, were nervous, especially at first, but tho Auckland gentlemen, Messrs Dargaville and A. M'Donald, M.H.R.'s, showed no symptoms of this disorder.
