Tho Union Company's steamer Wairarapa, Capt. Chatfield, brought up at the anchorage from Melbourne via Southern ports at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon. She Avas tendered on arrival for cargo by the lighters, and by the Boojum for passengers and mails, making a second trip at b p.m., and taking the outward passengers off at 9 p.m. The Wairarapa steamed on her courso for Northern ports and Sydney at 11.30 .'p.m. Sho is reported as having arrived at Gisborne at 9 a.m. this day.
The steamer Kiwi, Capt. James Camphell, got aivay for Wellington at . p.m. on Saturday, taking limestone and a small quantity of general goods. The Union Steamship Company's hm. Ringarooma, Captain Care}'', did not reach hero from Gisborne and Auckland until 7.30 last night. She Avns at onco tendered on arrival for mails, passengers, and cargo in the usual Avay, resuming her voyage for Melbourne via Southern ports at 1.20 this morning. The p.s. Mauaia, Capt. Baxter, has loaded up for Wairoa, and Avill get aAvay at 12 o'clock to-night. The Union Company's steamer Omapcrc, Capt. Ross, anchored in tho bay from Dunedin and Oamaru at 7 a.m. this day, and Avas berthed inside at tho breastwork by the pilot shortly afterwards. She brings a cargo of 99 tons, consisting principally of grain and breadstuff's, ivhich A\-as being discharged during the forenoon. Tho Omapcrc Avas to steam for Gisborne, Tauranga, and Auckland at 3 p.m. this day.
The steamer Taiaroa, Capt. Parsons, from Northern ports, is due here on Wednesday next, being announced to steam for Wellington and Dunedin at b p.m. that day.
