The socjnd cabins are roomy and well lit, with bath-rooms for ladies and gentlemen ; stcAvard's attendance and all bedding, etc., found. The steerage accommodation is of a superior character, with separate lavatories for men and women, and special provision for families. The steamer will call at Rio do Janeiro, universally pronounced to be the loveliest harbor in tho world. Parcels under 30lb. taken at half a guinea each. The Company also charters sliips of tho highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of tho colony Avith strict punctuality every month. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to the principals ports in Ncav Zealand. NEW YORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. haA'o been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular line of vessels will be laid on for the various ports in this colony to meet the requirements of the trade.
