No entry will be received for any race except tipon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 soy., which sum shall bo forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. All nominations, acceptances, &c, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must bo addressed to 'the secretary, and left at tho Criterion Hotel, Napier, not later than S p.m. on the several specified dates.
