Cargo for shipment must bo on board the Lighters at 4 p.m. the day previous to departure of steamers. The secDnd cabins are roomy and well lit, with bath-rooms for ladies and gentlemen ; steward's attendance and all bedding, etc., found. The steerage accommodation is of a superior character, with separate lavatories for men and women, and special provision for families. The steamer will call at Rio de Janeiro, universally pronounced to be the loveliest harbor in the world. Parcols under 301b. taken at half a guinea each. The dietary scale is most liberal. Second-class and steerage accommodation is all that could bo desired, and the ships are commanded by experienced masters. The Company also charters ships of tho highest class as required, and vessels are despatched from London to each of the principal ports of tho colony with strict Eunctuality every month. The Company as also ships loading homeward from New Zealand. LIVERPOOL AGENCY. A Branch has been established in Liverpool, and vessels will be despatched at suitable intervals to tho principals ports in New Zealand. NEW lORK AGENCY. Messrs R. W. Cameron and Co. have been appointed Agents for this Company, and a regular line of vessels will be laid on for the various ports in tlds colony to meet tho requirements of the trade.
