Messrs Banner and Liddlc sell Hobart apples by auction at their rooms to-niorroAV at 2 p.m. Application will be made to the Supreme Court at 2 p.m. to-morrow for a declaration of the complete execution of the deed of arrangement made by AY. E. Combs. Messrs Banner and Liddle sell by auction at their rooms on Thursday household requisites, groceries, clothing, furniture, kc. Mrs Crowley's school, Hill Side, Shakespeare road re-opens on Monday next. Mrs Oliver, Puketapu, has vacancies for two or three boarders (girls or boys). Mr T. J. Ryan has one of Bord's pianos for sale cheap. Mr R. AY. Caldwell, Tomoana, has a pure-bred bull dog for sale. The New Zealand Clothing Factory want the Public to encourage Ncav Zealand industies. The members of Court Sir Charles Napier, A.0.F., are summoned to attend a meeting at the Forester's Hall at 8 o'clock to-night. Messrs Newton and Co.'s great clearing sale to pay costs in the action Newton A r . Burke is to be continued for a short time longer. Shareholders of the Union Insurance Company may now obtain their dividends on application at the office of the agents, Messrs Banner ancl Liddle.
