Auckland, This day. AVahanui, Taonui, aud other leading Kingite chiefs, hold aloof from the East Coast Land Company. Ncavs received by the mail states that the projected London company Avill amalgamate with the New Zealand Land Company. Earl Shaftesbury and the Bishops of London, Liverpool, and St. Asaph arc said to bo amongst those interested in the London company.
