Edward Tollov appeared before Mr Wardell, R.M,," at the Police Court, Feathcrston, yesterday, on the charge of wilfully and maliciously setting fire to the Waihenga Hotel on the evening of tho 21st of March. Mr Edwards appeared to prosecute, and Mr Gray to defend. Only one witness, Edward Wintcringhaum, has been examined.
