MOSCOW.
May 22. Tho Czar made a state entry into the Kremlin Palace to-day. A gorgeous procession had been organised, and four miles of streets were traversed. The whole line of route was thronged with people, and the houses and the public buildings were gaily decorated. His Majesty was received with great enthusiasm.
