Second horse to receivo 10 soys. from the Stakes. Distance, about 2 miles. Nomination, 2 soys ; acceptance, 2 soys. Open to all beaten horses (hacks excepted.) No entry tvill be received for any race, except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, &c, arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final. Nominations for the Hawke's Bay Steeplechase Handicap will close at the Criterion Hotel on TUESDAY, sth June, at 8 p.m. Weights will appear on FRIDAY, Bth June.
