Second horse to receive 10 soys. from the Stakes. Distance, about 2 miles. Nomination, 2 soys ; acceptance, 2 soys. Open to all beaten horses (hacks excepted.) No entry will be received for any race, except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, iSrc, arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final.
