THE WAIN MANSLAUGHTER CASE.
Dunedin, This day. The AVain case Avas continued at the Police Court yesterday. Several witnesses were examined, aud "(hen the case was adjourned till to-morrow. The brother of the boy who died was one of the principal witnesses examined, but his evidence avus giA-en in an unsatisfactory way, and he contradicted himself about the number of beatings his brother received from his paronts.
