NEW YORK.
April IS. At a meeting of Irish delegates which has been held at" Philadelphia, it has been decided to adhere to the intention of holding a convention in that city on the 2"; th instant. Mr Parncll, who was present, advised that the convention should _be postponed until the autumn. The leading delegates at the meeting expressed themselves as opposed to the use of dynamite for obtaining the redress of Irish grievances.
