Dunedin, This da}-. The Waste Lands Board yesterday, after receiving a reply to the question asked of Mr E. J>. Cargili, who acted as agent for the Tasmunian purchasers and others, decided to decline it, and in the meantime to issue licenses to those purchasers regarding whom dummyism is suspected, and to ask the Minister of Lands for his opinion and advice.
