No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. The rules and weights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club will be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, -will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
