No entry Avill be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. The rules and Aveights of the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club Avill be strictly adhered to. Five per cent, Avill be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes.
