This day. The stamp revenue for the past elcA-en months amounts to £401,393. A circular has been issued by Colonel Reader to the effect that from the Ist proximo long-seiwice pay will be paid to non-commissioned officers and constables of the police force. The rate AA-ill be sixpence and one shilling per day for those serving five and ten years rospectiA'ely.
