The native Nacre Tc AVheru, charged with the Avilful murder of the chief Hamana at Awariui, has been committed to take his trial at the nsxt sittings of the Supreme Court at Gisborne.. He will be sent to tho Napier gaol to. await trial. No new facts Avere elicited, and the evidence Avas conclusive, Mr Kenny is reserved for the defence. Mr AVoou interpreted.
