IT is hereby notified that strict instructions have been issued to impound, on and after the 19th March next, all Goats and Pigs found running at large within the district lying between the southern bonndary of the Municipality of Napier and the Waitangi Bridge. IT is hereby notified that in pursuance of the provisions contained in the 62nd and 63rd clauses of the Counties Act Amendment Act, ISB2, and of By-law No. 7 prohibiting the running at large of Pigs and Goats, the Council of the County of Hawke's Bay has established a Public Pound for the purpose of impounding Goats and Pigs only, situate on a portion of the site of the Public Slaughter House at Awatoto, and being within the said Hawke's Bay County, by the name of '\Awatoto Pound" as from the 19th March, ISS3, and do hereby appoint THOMAS ALDRIDGE, of Awatoto, Inspector of Slaughter Houses, j Poundkeeper as from the 19th day of ' March, 1883.
