Accounts- of continued floods are again to hand from numerous places in the northern and central States. At Cincinnati, Ohio, the floods had undermined the railway station, and it fell to-day, submerging fully one hundred persons. At Louisville, Kentucky, owing to the bursting of a dam, thirty persons have been drowned, and a thousand rendered homeless. An immense amount; of property has been destroyed recently by the heavy rains and floods.
