DUNEDIN.
This clay. The Public Works Department has accepted a tender for the Otago Central Railway, but the name of the tenderer is withhold at present. The Dunedin and Suburban Tramway Company has been successfully floated, 98,220 shares, out of 100,000 offered to the public, having been allotted. A .strong local directory has been formed. The Hon. the Premier arrived here last night.
