DIVORCE COURT, CHRISTCHURCH.
Christchurch, Wednesday
In the case of Pipplcwc.l a-. Pipplewell and Clifford, the petitioner applied for a rule nisi for divorce from his wife, whom he he married in 1878. The parties are all in humble life, and reside in the AVaiau disstrict, the petitioner being a laborer and the co-respondent a carpenter. The adulterywas clearly proved, and the decree granted as prayed.
