Tlus day. A man named Thomas Maher, Avhile working in a gravel pit at Mountain Creek yesterday Avas covered by a fall of earth, and died last night at 10 o'clock. Another man namnd AVilliam DaA-is, Avho was injured by falling from Stringer's bridge at Deep Creek, a distance of eighty feet, died at 3 o'clock this morning.
