London, November 17. Consols have declined one-eighth to 102. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Gl-eat Britain is 2,120,000 quarters. There are no changes to report in the colonial produce markets.
November 18.
The market rate of discount has been raised by one-eighth to 3|-, and the bank rate remains at 5 per cent.
Consols are unchanged at 102,
New Zealand securities, colonial breadstuffs, and tallow are without quotable change.
