NAPIER V. SCINDE ROVERS. The opening match of tbe season was played by tbe above clubs at Petane yesterday, and resulted in a victory for the Rovers on the first innings. Napier played one man short. Messrs J. Martin, White, and Humphries were the principal scores for Napier; and Messrs Buchanan, J. Vautier, and Uotterill for the Rovers. The scores were —Scinde Rovers, first innings, 108 ; Napier, first innings, 103.
