No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and obectlons arising, shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of 5 boys, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. All nominations, entries, acceptances, etc.. accompanied by the neceseaTj , amount in cash, must be addressed to the ecretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel.
