No entre will be received for any race except upon the condition that ah c'aims, disputes, and object'ons arising (-hall be decided by the Stewards, Or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must be accom"anied with a dcpoßit of 2 soys, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. All nominations, entries, acceptances, &c, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at Hotel, Hastings, not later than 10 p.m. on tho Beveral specified dates.
