An injunction has been granted in the Supreme Court calling; upon Commodore Wilson to show cause why be should not be committed for contempt of Court for ordering the re-arrest of deserting Bandsman, Yates, after he had been previously discharged by Judge Higinbotbam, on the ground that he could not be treated as a deserter.
