The Income c f the Company will be derivable from ihe rents accruing from the various Athletic Clubs, Friendly Societies, or others requiring the use of the Ground for Sports, Fetes, etc., and it is estimated that extremely moderate charges for such purposes will amount to sufficient to carry on the business of the Company and leave a balance to be devoted to further improvements and ornamentation of the Grounds, as the Shareholders deem advisable. Such a Ground is much required and will be an ornament and convenience to tha town, and the lacilities afforded for Athletic excercise cannot fail to be greatly conducive to health, and also the means of saving considerable expense and incon. venience to the members of the various Clubs and Friendly Societies, who Incur heavy travelling expenses in proceeding to hold their festivities and games at a distance- from town.
