The Income of the Company will be derivable from the rents accruing from the various Athletic Clubs, Friendly Societies, or others requiring tbe use of the Ground for Sports, Fetes, etc., and it is estimated that extremely moderate charges for such purnoses will amount to sufficient to carry on the business of the Company and leave a balance to be devoted to further improvements and ornamentation Of the Grounds, as the Shareholders deem advisable.
