MELBOURNE.
October 15. Obituary—W. H. Adjus, Under Colonial Secretary of Victoria. A private telegram has been received here stating that the frost has destroyed fully 25 per cent, of the Virginia tobacco crop. His Honor Mr Justice Molesworth, who has for some time been in ill-health, has recovered, and has resumed his duties on the Bench.
