September. 15—Boojum, s.s., from Wairoa. Passengers —!Viis3 Miller, Messrs M. R. Miller, and Reeves, and Mastci Miller. 16—"Kiwi, s.s., from Wellington via Castle Point. Passengers — Mrs M'KeLLi., Messrs Lee, Ross, Smith, and Barnes.

DEPARTURES.

September. 16—Result, s.s., for Wairoa, with a few passengers. «, The screw steamer Kiwi, Captain James Campbell, arrived bore afc eight o'clock this morning, and was brought straight inside and moored afc the cattle wharf. She reports having left Wellington at 10 p.m. on Tncsdav ; arrived at Castle Point next day, and after discharging 20 tons of cargo left again at. fi p.m., arriving here as above. Experienced fine weather with a heavy easterly sea throughout. She brought a large cargo for hero, including transhipments out of the Wave Queen from London, which was discharged during the morning. She is to sail again for Wellington at 8 o'clock to-night. The Usnon strain '-hip Company's launch Poojnm returned from Wairoa at. about 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, bringing four passengers. The s.s. Maori, Capt. Anderson, arrived from Wairoa at about 3.30 p.m. yesterday, bringing throe passengers and a full load of maize and other cargo. The s.s. Result, Capt. Baxter, left for Wairoa at 6 o'clock tin's morning, with a good cargo and several passengers. Tbe Union Company's s.s. Te Anau, which left Auckland yesterday afc 2 p.m., is due here at daylight to-morrow morning, and will sail for Southern ports and Melbourne at 11 a.m. The brig Wave will complete her ballasting to-day, and sail for Kaipara to-morrow morning. The ketch Maid of the Mill launched off North's slip yesterday, after having received a thorough overhaul. The Union Steam Ship Company's s.s. Ringnrooma, Capt. Oh at field, is to leave Wellington this aflernoon, and is expected to arrive here about midday to-morrow. She is announced to sail for Northern ports at 4 p.m.
