PARIS.

September 12

Intelligence is to hand from Tunis reporting that the French troops recently despatched to the eceport of Lousa, in consequence of the threatening attitude of the Arabs towards the inhabitants, have now arrived at the town, and have occupied it in force. No opposition was met with from the Arabs, who had retired from the neighborhood before the arrival of the troops.

Further telegrams announce that a strong body of insurgents has occupied Teboulba a small port a few miles south of Lousa, and has taken up a strong position.
