[by telegraph.] (mOM OTJB OWN COBREBPONDBNT.) Wellington, September 10. Eumors are afloat that the writs for the election of the new Parliament will be issued in October, and made returnable in November, It is but a rumor. Under the new Representation Bill there is much to be done in the arrangement of the electoral rolls before the new elections can take place, and hence the elections are not likely to take place much before January or February.
