(by cable.) London, September 2. Consols have fallen one-eighth, and are quoted to-day at 99. New Zealand securities remain firm afc the following quotations : —Five per cent 10-40 loan, 104; five per cent, lfiß9 loan, 102| ; four and a half per cent 1879-1904 loan, 99i Prices in the wheat market are declining, owing to finer weather. Adelaide wheat, ex-warehouse, ia quoted at 56s 6d, and Adelaide four, ox-warehouse, afc 41s 6d. 'l-he total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain i 9 1,780,000 quarters. Australian tallow has advanced ls per cwt., best beef f etching 375, and best mutton 89s. The total stock of tallow in London is 16,200 casks. Best Sydney copra, per ton, £14. London, September 3. Consols remain at 90. New Zealand securities are unchanged. The breadstuffs market to-day shows no change in prices for Adelaide and New Zealand wheat or flour.
