The House Bits to-day at 2.30 to go on with the consideration of the Representation Bill. In consequence of the proceedings on Friday last it is rumoured that a notice of motion will be made in the House this afternoon whether it is expedient that the ruling of the Speaker and Chairman of Committees be considered by the House. It is believed jjtry- the Opposition that the debate- on the third reading of the Representation Bill will not be concluded before to-morrow, as there are over thirty members pledged to vote against it.
