WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1870." an Election will be held, in each Ward, on THURSDAY, the Bth day of September, 1881, of One Councillor to fill the vacancy occurring in the representation of such Ward by effluxion of the term of office of the outgoing Councillor, viz. :—ln the North Ward, the unfilled Vacancy created by the resignation of Ex-Councillor Lbonard ; in the Central Ward, the Ofi.ce now held by Councillor MoDo.gal_, and, in the South Ward, that now held by Councillor Wa__ ; which last named two Councillors retire but are eligible for re election.
