ADELAIDE.
August 25. Telegrams are to hand from Beachport conveying the news that the steamship Euro, 284 tons, has struck on ? "ock off , the coast near that place, and has"become ■ a total wreck. She sank in twenty minutes, and the passengers and crew, numbering forty-five souls, narrowly escaped with their lives. One passenger, a lady, was drowned.
