The Irish Revolutionary Convention, which has recently been meeting at Chicago, and decided upon an extended " dynamite " programme, has issued a notification warning tbe people to avoid patronising ships sailing under the British flag after the end of the presenjt month. From that time the schemes of the revolutionists will, it ia stated, commence to be carried into effect.
