THURSDAY, AUGUST 4. (Before S. Johnston, Esq., and Alfred Levy, Esq., J.P.'s. BREACHES OF DOQ NUISANCE ACT. Thomas Brighouse, for having three unregistered dogs, pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s and costs. H. Partington, for keeping one dog unregistered was fined 5s and costs. J. Duncan, for having one dog unregistered, was fined 5s and costs. Robert Hart, who did not put !in an appearance, was fined for having one unregistered dogs 20s and costs.
